Crystal Quartz and Grey Pearl necklace

Crystal quartz, iridescent grey button pearls and large sterling silver links make this necklace a statement piece.

Sparkles in the sun...plenty of texture...bold but not too loud.

The subtle shimmer when not in direct sunlight gives this a luminous quality.

18" at the longest (adjustable). All metal components are sterling silver. $50

Red Coral necklaces with Bamboo pendants

I've been looking forward to creating these two necklaces for some time now.  When I found the mother of pearl pendant, I immediately thought it would look really cool with the chunky red coral, mimicking the jointed bamboo design.  I added some sterling silver beads and a 1.5" extender chain.  Including the extender, the necklace measures 17.5". $40

For the second necklace, I created the fine silver pendant using Art Clay Silver and impressing a bamboo pattern into it.  I once again thought of the jointed coral looking like bamboo.  Using dyed coral and some randomly placed sterling silver beads, I created a more petite version.  This one measures 17.25" and has a sterling squeeze clasp (no fingernails required). $40

Brown Zebra Jasper necklace and earrings

The brown zebra jasper (hopefully it's obvious which ones those are) were so intriguing to me that I bought two strands! Some of them have rose undertones, so I felt garnet (the dark red stone) would compliment them. Since the garnet is so dark, I used the gold rings to provide some visual balance.  Comprised of gold-filled metals, the necklace measures 18 inches and includes a matching toggle closure. The earrings measure 1.5 inches from the top of the hook to the bottom of the faceted garnet. Set is $65

BeeLeaf in Yourself (Green n Gold necklace)

I found these beautiful ocean jasper carved leaves and paired this one with a cute little gold bee. I hand wrapped each link with gold-filled wire, using jasper and mookaite beads to compliment the dark green and golden yellow found in the ocean jasper. Note the carving in the leaf as well as the natural pockets (shows crystals inside). The dangling bee is matte gold over brass (and is not 3D on the other side). All other metal is 14/20 gold-filled. This sweet necklace measures 16" (15.25" with 2nd jump ring) and can be made longer upon request. $50

Sand and Water earrings

These sandy colored freshwater pearls paired with ocean quartz evoke memories of the beach. These pearls aren't perfectly round, but the aqua ovals are faceted, so you have a nice mix of casual and dressy, soft and sparkly.  Measuring 1.5" from the top of the hooks to the bottom of the blue, these earrings are made of sterling silver parts. $16

Red, Orange and Green drop earrings

Featuring red coral slices, faceted orange carnelian and lime green howlite, these colorful earrings have been a fun design experiment for me. Measuring 2.5" from top of hook to bottom of green drop, they are made with sterling silver components.

Among many things, I'm always considering movement when I create jewelry - how will it move or lay when you're wearing it? Will it swing freely or stiffly, rotate or remain stationery, wiggle or be rigid? These earrings rotate all around at the top, possibly revealing any side at one time; however, the green drop is secured to the faceted carnelian ring, so they swing together, not separately. $22
